Michael, along with Samael (Lucifer) and Gabriel, are the first three angels created by The Prensence. Michael’s power is also considered to be infinitely beyond the Megaverse.
If Samael represents the Eternal Light, Michael is the Endless Flame. He is the supreme ruler of Heaven, commanding an army of the most powerful angels in the DC universe. Michael and Lucifer also contributed to the creation of the DC universes: Michael created matter, things, and creatures from nothingness and Lucifer shaped and controlled those things. The two’s abilities complement each other to help form and develop the DC universe.
Having the ability to create also has the ability to destroy, Michael can destroy the multiverse just like Lucifer. Although he is ranked below Lucifer in terms of power, the difference is not significant. Michael has confronted the Dark God many times – one of the most powerful entities in the DC universe but easily defeated him.
